Space Hare Nike Dunk Hi

Based on my favorite movie as a kid, Space Jam. I created these for the Clash of the Customizers online contest. I loved how they had also created a colorway of Air Jordan VII’s for Bugs Bunny and coincide with the release of the film. From a design standpoint I used the colorway of the Hare Jordans and combined it with different scenes from the movie, as well as portraits of Micheal Jordan and Bugs Bunny on the lateral panels. I hand fabricated some custom tongues complete with plastic mesh overlays and rip stop nylon. Oh yeah, and on top of that they glow in the dark to go with the space theme.
